I have been associated with ALS and the ALS Association since early 2009 when Jeff was diagnosed with ALS. Jeff lived for over 7 years after his diagnosis. During that time, we met the most wonderful people. We LOVE the ALS community and have the greatest respect for the work of the ALS Association. Jeff passed away in April 2016, but my passion for the ALS community continues. I am happy to now be a part of the ALSA Board. I pray for the day that a diagnosis of ALS no longer exists, but until that time, I plan to work hard to help ensure that those living with ALS can live life fully with hope. So I am asking for your help in supporting the ALS Association and the Hope-Filled Walkers. You can help by praying for all those with ALS, attending the Hampton Roads Walk to Defeat ALS and/or making a contribution to the our walk team. We walk for all those with ALS!!
